International Chess Centre

We are seeking for partners for construction of the International Chess Centre. The land plot for the construction is in lease for 25 years, is located in the cite centre between Partizanskaya str. And 50 Years of October Anniversary str. The design project is approved by the City Council of Alushta. It is possible to make amendments to the building plans and the number of floors. We are ready to negotiate any proposition.
